Settle builds houses of small, well-made homes around a shared courtyard and sells them to the people on its waitlist before it builds. Every Settle house has a host from seven to seven, eight shared rooms and a laundry café at its heart. The first house is planned in Rotterdam for 2028, with The Hague and Leiden to follow. From 2027 Settle also runs buildings others own, to the same standard. Settle was founded in 2026 by Filip Schmidt, Durk Kooi and Jeroen Janssen.Settle bouwt huizen met kleine, goed gemaakte woningen om een gedeelde hof en verkoopt ze aan de mensen op zijn wachtlijst voordat het bouwt. In running text the name is Settle. Houses are Settle plus the city: Settle Rotterdam, Settle Den Haag, Settle Leiden. On paper and in addresses the name reads Settle homes. Not Settle Homes, not SETTLE in a sentence, not a house style of your own: the wordmark is on the right, in three versions.In lopende tekst is de naam Settle. Huizen heten Settle plus de stad: Settle Rotterdam, Settle Den Haag, Settle Leiden. Op papier en in adressen staat Settle homes. Niet Settle Homes, niet SETTLE in een zin, geen eigen huisstijl erbij: het woordmerk staat rechts, in drie versies.

The wordmark is set in Jost Light, letter-spaced. Use it on white or on a photograph, never on a colour, never smaller than 12 mm wide in print.
